The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and administering strategies and programs to generate and nurture leads via digital marketing efforts, including: SEO/SEM, third party sources, and cooperative marketing with partners.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Develop an SEO strategy designed to achieve company goals
  • Oversee the paid strategy across TNAA enterprise brands
  • Lead assigned digital/paid marketing team members
  • Orchestrate the building, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns
  • Collaborate regularly with the brand marketing team to promote enterprise brands
  • Manage the budget across multiple brands and strategies (B2B and B2C)
  • Establish, implement, monitor, and regularly report on key performance metrics/KPIs consistent with the organization’s marketing strategies, goals, and objectives
  • Research and identify digital trends and make recommendations for greater engagement, and/or new opportunities for the company

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned team members and manage related policies, procedures, and systems
  • Establish performance standards and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, and conduct annual performance appraisals
  • Execute supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures

Here's what we're looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Expert in Google, Bing, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with and ability to effectively execute B2B and B2C strategies
  • General knowledge and experience with Google AdWords
  • 5 years of SEO and SEM experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks/priorities with competing interests without losing efficiency
  • Experience managing large budgets across multiple brands
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of comfort communicating with employees across functional areas
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced and complex environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional coworkers
  • Ability to lead and develop others

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $65,000-$70,000/year.  Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.

All remote positions (working full-time from home) must meet the internet connection requirements established by the TNAA IT Department to sufficiently perform the position responsibilities and use TNAA specific software and equipment. 3.      Modem in the same room as equipment

4.      At least 20 Mbps Download Speed

OR

1.      Direct wired connection to your modem

2.      A shared line

3.      Modem in the same room as equipment

4.      At least 50 Mbps Download Speed
