As a Bilingual Client Experience Associate, you will be taking customer calls in both English & Spanish, and translating them, forwarding messages, capturing incoming leads, taking orders, and scheduling appointments, in a fast-paced environment while working from the comfort of your own home.
You will work from your personal computer for the duration of your shift and regularly work 40 hours per week with a minimum of 8 hours on Saturdays while in the learning & development phase.
