The Opportunity

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, sponsorship entitlements and other advertising deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team members and stakeholders to support the development of marketing materials such as collateral and campaign assets.
  • Project manage various marketing commitments. Communicate deadlines and ensure consistent on-time delivery.
  • Capture and analyze the actionable data/metrics, insights, and best practices to measure the success, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
  • Work with external agencies, and vendors to execute marketing programs.
  • Monitor web engagement and lead capture. Work with sales and operation teams to track and resolve all inquiries.
  • Contribute to marketing campaign measurement, reporting, and analysis.
  • Process web update requests. Ensure requests align with brand guidelines, campaign commitments, and intended user journey.
  • Support email activation workstream. Coordinate list selection, creative, content, CTAs and QA processes.
  • Assist with event promotions. Manage marketing commitments and share information across functional teams.
  • Provide a variety of administrative support tasks, as assigned, to support effective marketing team operations including developing presentations and meeting coordination.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of related experience required.
  • Marketing experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with creative production workflow and/or agency experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Welcome) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and media platforms (ie Marketo, Salesforce, SharePoint, GitHub, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, AdWords, Google Analytics) preferred.
  • Basic understanding of how search engines, paid searches, and digital advertising work preferred.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and produce significant output with minimal wasted effort while working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to earn trust of team members through the persistent delivery of high-quality work and record of accomplishment of living up to verbal and written commitments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
  • Organized and flexible individual able to perform multiple tasks with varying priorities under conditions requiring speed and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; updating and delegating tasks to team members as needed.
  • Maturity to strike a balance between being proactive and showing initiative and seeking appropriate guidance and input from others.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
