We’re looking to hire a full-time, remote Senior Web, UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. For this role, you will be responsible for creating an overall seamless user experience for assigned projects and designing fully responsive visuals from start to finish. You’ll have the opportunity to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class designers, through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality.

Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level

Responsibilities

• Creating high-quality designs through extensive research and work on projects

• Working on projects across multiple domains, ranging from agritech, fintech, edu-tech, e-commerce, healthcare, agri-tech, and more, depending upon the studio requirements at the time 

• Team management and co-leading/leading team members on large projects, through contributions and mentoring other junior design team members

• Design creation from scratch through UX strategy, UX research, and design of the overall experience for the digital products assigned

• Working directly with the client partners and providing data-driven solutions through user testing before or after the project goes live 

• For UX Research, handling qualitative and quantitative research methods like Empathy mapping and behavioral analysis, utilizing analytics like Heatmaps and other analytical data 

• Conducting user interviews, surveys, and focus group surveys with the end-users to understand their pain points

• Creating high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes and ensuring that the UI design team translates them into a functional design

• Providing innovations, suggestions, and valuable opinions/ideas

• Handling multiple projects and client coordinations

Requirements

• Work experience utilizing key UX processes, principles, and trends

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in web design in a dedicated UX, IA, or IxD role

• A portfolio of web-based UX work, demonstrating a strong and strategic UX practice

• A proven record of producing high-caliber UX deliverables and selling the benefits of UX, with experience working on large and complex digital projects

• Proven, hands-on experience in Figma, with the ability to create the entire information architecture, user stories, user flow, and high-fidelity prototypes

• Ability to create strong, clickable, prototypes for client presentations in a variety of prototyping programs

• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns

• Ability to create and work on complex information architectures and define user journeys for complex products like a customer and backend-facing SaaS products

• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently

• A detail-oriented and strategic approach to work, possessing strong time management and interpersonal skills

• Excellent asynchronous communication skills

• Ability to work on and manage multiple projects at the same time

• Full-time availability (40 hours/week)

• Organized, self-directed, and energetic, with a strong ability to meet deadlines

• Strong communication and reasoning skills for the designs you create and data-backed arguments while presenting your work

• Remote work productivity without micro-management 

• A personal computer with stable internet
