Job Description

We’ve started getting ready for hiring for our 2023 work from home jobs, so get your application in so that when we’re ready you’ll be ready too. Anticipated openings include customer service opportunities in a number of verticals, including banking and financial services; insurance; communications, media and entertainment; healthcare; technology; retail and consumer packaged goods; and travel, transportation, hospitality and logistics.

Qualifications

Requirements include:

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), accurate typing and active listening skills
  • Detail orientation, strong organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, multitask and make callers smile

To work from home you must have excellent Internet connectivity delivered through a hard-wired connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates, and a quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work.
