ModSquad seeks phone, ticket, and chat customer support!

ModSquad has partnered with a very well-known gaming client, and is providing a rare opportunity to support their online store!

Previous high-level CS Experience is required as this is a Tier 2 position.

Project Hours (all times Pacific):

12 am - 8 pm, Daily

Commitment:

• 10 hours per week
• 90 days

Hourly rate: To be discussed at interview stage

As a team member for this project, you will be responsible for:

• • Providing Customer Support via Zendesk ticketing system
  • Providing Customer Support via tickets and live chat or phone support
  • Using admin order tools to review order status to provide resolutions to customers
  • Using admin tools to review user accounts and assist with account issues.
