We are looking for a candidate who can design fluently in multiple media, beyond the expected Adobe Creative Suite, including, HTML e-mail and web pages (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and advanced PowerPoint design skills would be a plus. Experience working collaboratively with writers and other partners to brainstorm and concept creative communications solutions is also required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, business strategy and customer needs, while still keeping deliverables consistent with UMR voice, tone and brand
• Work with key stakeholders to set the vision for assigned projects, with an eye for engaging target audience and driving action/results
• Balance great design with short deadlines and multiple priorities
• Support the production processes and implementation of communications materials
• Manage and maintain marketing communications assets in line with establish standards and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar degree
• 5+ years of Graphic Design experience
• 3+ years working within a corporate brand playbook
• 5+ years in executing communication campaigns and/or design in multiple media, such as PowerPoint/Microsoft suite, InDesign/Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a matrix organization and or in-house design team
• Video development
• Experience in the health care space

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
